Max Malvin joined the Morris Bart team in September 2016. A native of New England, he graduated cum laude from Roger Williams University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Legal Studies. During his college career, Mr. Malvin volunteered with the university’s domestic violence clinic, competed as a member of the Roger William’s Model UN delegation, served as a representative in student government and ran a successful affiliate marketing company.
Mr. Malvin received his Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School, where he earned a Certificate of Specialization in Maritime Law. While attending law school, Mr. Malvin was a student attorney for both the Environmental Law Clinic as well as the Project for Older Prisoners. Mr. Malvin’s prior legal experience includes terrorism litigation, maritime personal injury and cargo loss.
In addition to practicing law, Mr. Malvin is also a licensed United States Coast Guard Master Mariner. Mr. Malvin is licensed to practice law in Louisiana and New York.
