Lindsey Davis, a native of Birmingham, AL joined Morris Bart, LLC in 2017. Mrs. Davis graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 2014. She then received an academic scholarship to attend Cumberland School of Law, Samford University where she earned her Juris Doctor in 2017.
While in law school, Mrs. Davis served as Articles and Symposium Editor for The American Journal of Trial Advocacy. She was also a member of the National Negotiation Team, competing in intraschool and regional competitions. Throughout her time at Cumberland, Mrs. Davis participated in several trial and moot court competitions, earning the Starnes Davis Florie Trial Advocacy Scholarship in 2014 for her excellence in trial advocacy. Mrs. Davis was the Scholar of Merit in Professional Responsibilities as well as an Abraham Caruthers Teaching Fellow at Cumberland. Mrs. Davis also had the opportunity to intern with Judge Sharon Lovelace Blackburn of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama during law school. Mrs. Davis is licensed to practice in Alabama State Courts.
