Jeanne St. Romain joined Morris Bart, LLC as an associate in March 2015. She graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management while holding multiple leadership positions in her sorority, Zeta Tau Alpha. Ms. St. Romain earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in May 2014.
During law school, she was elected President of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fratnerity and was awarded the President’s Award for Outstanding Student Organization of the Year. She was also a student practitioner in the Child Advocacy section of the Stuart H. Smith Law Clinic and Center for Social Justice. At the end of her law school career, Ms. St. Romain was awarded one of the three Student Bar Association Civil Law Bar Prep Scholarships for Student Leaders.
Prior to joining Morris Bart, LLC, Ms. St. Romain assisted with the review and summary of thousands of proofs of claims submitted in an environmental class action lawsuit. She later volunteered at the Pro Bono Project handling divorce cases and assisting with divorce clinics.
Ms. St. Romain is admitted to practice in all Louisiana State Courts and is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and the New Orleans Bar Association. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and watching the LSU Tigers play.
