For over twenty-five years Mr. Snellings has represented victims and their families injured by careless, reckless, and distracted individuals and companies, whether on and or sea, who put our community members at risk of harm. A New Orleans native, Mr. Snellings graduated from Isidore Newman High School, obtained his master’s degree in Business Administration from Loyola University, and his Doctor of Law from Tulane University School of Law. He has handled over a thousand civil cases during his career, and has extensive pre-trial, trial, and appellate experience. He has taught continuing legal education to attorneys and has been recognized over the course of his career for his legal accomplishments and client distinction and satisfaction.
Mr. Snellings is licensed to practice law in all state and federal courts in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Florida; and has practiced before the Court of Federal Claims and United States Supreme Court in Washington D.C. In addition, he has litigated vehicle defect and civil rights cases in Massachusetts, Texas, Tennessee, Ohio, New York, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Wyoming, Utah, New York, and Arizona.
Mr. Snellings is active in local and national community service programs, ranging from the Louisiana Chapter of the Red Cross for its 2016 flood relief, to membership is a local organization which annually donates money to first responders to community danger. Mr. Snellings has also served as a Special Editor for the Tulane International Environmental Law Symposium on Cuba; was an Honorary Chairman to the Florida Small Business Advisory Council; and served from 2007-2010 as a member of the City of Vero Beach Finance Committee.
Mr. Snellings is an avid fisherman and has caught three hundred and ninety-eight different types of fish species on hook and line. He has been married for thirty-one years and has four children and two grandchildren.
