Brad is originally from Biloxi, Mississippi, and pursued his undergraduate studies at both Boston University and the University of Southern Mississippi. He then went on to earn his law degree from Mississippi College School of Law, where he distinguished himself as a member of the Law Review and the Jessup International Moot Court.
