Long story short, I endured a miscarriage after receiving the COVID-19 Vaccine. Weather it be a coincidence or actually caused by the Vaccine, apparently there's no way of knowing. But Although the attorney couldn't pursue the case, she did not have to call me back, she did not have to talk to me like I was anything less than a paycheck (like most other attorneys), she did not have to be so kind and caring, and she didn't earn a dime for showing me the compassion that she did. But she did. My depression has been, nearly, unmanageable. But she didn't know that. She still showed me so much kindness, personal advice, and alternative ways to take care. I needed that today. And she didn't even know it. And I am highly grateful.

The communication was absolutely amazing, Ms. Peggy is the BEST EVER!. She was very warm and welcoming and made me feel like a priority. Initially when I signed the contract I expected 35 to 45 percent of my settlement to go to Mr. Bart, my Chiropractor pretty much ripped me off and he tried to get the Chiropractor to reduce their fee in which Veronica Wilkens refused. M.B. reduced their fee to 25% and added that saving ($800.00) to my check. I even got a goodie bag when I left. MB and his team went above and beyond in providing excellent service.

She was a joy to talk too and she made sure you understood all paperwork. The only thing that I did not like was having to always call the New Orleans office to find out what was going on with my case. There should be constant communication between the attorney and the client. By communicating with the client it makes the client know that you are concerned with their case. No one should have to keep calling when they have been injured because they are more concerned about healing from their accident.
