Morris Bart has the best injury lawyers ever especially the lawyer that was assigned to me named jacob! They will fight for you no matter the cost and time. While I was turned down by other lawyers, morris bart took my case and got me the help needed for my injury. I've been acquainted with Morris Bart commercials for over 30 years.  If you grew up in New Orleans, you couldn't help but know who he is.  But, I've never needed, or used his services.  That is until recently.  His team, especially his excellent lawyer, Lourdes Salazar helped he in an extremely taxing and frustrating insurance mediation case.  To say Lourdes was helpful, had patience and went beyond to help me would be an understatement.  My case was handled fairly and finalized to a compromise - do completely to her efforts.

I can't thank team Morris Bart and Lourdes enough.  And if I ever needed assistance again, I wouldn't have to think twice about using them again.

Update:  As of this month, my case has finally been resolved - and happily more-so in my favor.  Most assuredly this case, running under the excellent, diligence of Morris Bart's legal team, (extreme thanks to my lawyer, Lourdes Salazar!) my case ended to a positive conclusion.

I'm very thankful to the Morris Bart team and would never hesitate to use them again in the future.

When I first met Mr. Marlin Gusman I was drained, fed up, and very discouraged. He reassured me that he would get my issue resolved as quickly as he could and he did just that. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome. I got into a wreck back in August, and did exactly what the commercials said and called Morris Bart. I had never been in a wreck before and I’m young so I had no idea what I was doing. My attorney was Kelly Johnson and she was an absolute DREAM. She took care of everything for me and always went the extra mile. My main job was to go to the doctor and get better. Coming into this, I had regrets. Will this even be worth the stress that will come with it? Will I get screwed over because I’m naive to these situations? My experience with Morris Bart was beyond exceptional. I was in constant contact with my personal attorney,  Kim Paul.  She was extremely professional and personable. I felt like I could trust her through the entire process and she made sure I got a just amount for my case.
