Taylor Burnham, a native of Marietta, Georgia, graduated from the University of Georgia and earned his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law.
While in law school, Taylor represented criminal defendants through Loyola’s Law Clinic and was an active member of the school’s Trial Advocacy Program. He clerked for defense attorney/City Councilmember-at-Large Jason Williams and also interned for the Honorable Judge Fredericka Wicker of the Louisiana Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal.
After law school, Taylor served as law clerk to the Honorable Judge Nakisha-Ervin-Knott of Civil District Court for three years before entering private practice. Prior to joining Morris Bart, Taylor was an associate at a well-established New Orleans law firm where his primary focus was personal injury and commercial litigation.
Taylor is an active member of the New Orleans Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section and the A.P. Tureaud American Inns of Court. When not practicing law, Taylor enjoys playing guitar, tennis, and seeing live music.
