Nicholas Holton joined Morris Bart, LLC in 2017. He was born and raised in New Orleans and moved to Baton Rouge in 2007 to attend Louisiana State University. Mr. Holton graduated from Louisiana State University in 2011 with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics. After obtaining his undergraduate degree, Mr. Holton worked for an insurance agency in Baton Rouge, specializing in individual life insurance, disability, and group benefits.
Mr. Holton returned to New Orleans in 2014 to pursue his true calling as a lawyer at Loyola University of New Orleans College of Law. While at Loyola, he was a member of the Law Review, where his Casenote was published. Mr. Holton obtained his Juris Doctor in 2017 with a certificate in Law, Technology, and Entrepreneurship.
Mr. Holton worked for several law firms during law school, including two mid-sized defense firms and a small plaintiff firm. He is excited to join the Morris Bart team where he can best serve the people of Louisiana. Mr. Holton is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and the Academy of New Orleans Trial Lawyers.
