Ms. Rebecca Massa, a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Loyola University New Orleans. She later earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola College of Law. While in law school Ms. Massa was a member of the Association of Women Law Students, interned with the Jefferson Parish Juvenile Court Mediation Program, and was certified by the Internal Revenue Service to prepare tax returns with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program. She was also a student practitioner with Family Law Clinic at Loyola College of Law. Ms. Massa is licensed to practice law in Louisiana.
