Ms. Rachel Culotta Breaux graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and with a minor in History in 2004 from the University of New Orleans. While in college she was a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society and received the Distinguished Professor Werner J. Feld award for the highest grade point average in Political Science. Ms. Culotta Breaux, a member of the “Katrina Class”, received her Juris Doctor from Loyola University School of Law in May of 2008. While in law school she was actively involved in Loyola’s first Mediation Clinic and the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. She also worked for a small personal injury law firm during law school semesters.
Ms. Culotta Breaux is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Louisiana Young Lawyers Division. Ms. Culotta Breaux is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of Louisiana as well as the United States Court of Appeal for the Fifth Circuit.
