A native of Dallas, Texas, Megan Jacqmin graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Louisiana State University.  While attending LSU, Ms. Jacqmin was named to the Dean’s List and was a member of both the Pi Sigma Alpha honor society and the Varsity women’s soccer team.  Ms. Jacqmin was awarded her juris doctorate from Loyola University School of Law where she graduated Cum Laude.  She was a member of the Loyola Law Review, Pi Alpha Delta, and was Marketing Committee Chair of the Maritime law Society.  While at Loyola, Ms. Jacqmin participated in the Summer Legal Studies Program where she attended law schools in both Budapest, Hungary and Vienna, Austria.

Ms. Jacqmin’s legal experience prior to joining Morris Bart, LLC, includes a background in maritime and insurance defense.  Ms. Jacqmin is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, the New Orleans Bar Association and the American Bar Assocation.  Ms. Jacqmin is admitted to practice before all Louisiana state courts.
