Katherine Gurley is a native of Cleveland, Ohio. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola University New Orleans where she majored in Communications and was a member of the women’s basketball team. Ms. Gurley later received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University School of Law, where she studied civil law.

Ms. Gurley’s legal experience prior to joining Morris Bart, LLC, includes a background in personal injury law, municipal law and criminal defense. She is admitted to practice law in Louisiana.
