Mr. Joshua Traxler is a native of Quitman, Mississippi. In 2000 he was awarded a Bachelor of Science from Baptist Memorial College of Health Sciences with cum laude honors. In 2002 Mr. Traxler began studying law at the University of Mississippi and earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 2004. Mr. Traxler then worked his way through law school at a mid-sized firm in Oxford where he used his medical background to assist in medical malpractice litigation. Since then Mr. Traxler has served as the County Prosecuting Attorney for Clarke County, Mississippi. Additionally, Mr. Traxler most recently served as the City Prosecuting Attorney for the City of Long Beach, MS.
Mr. Traxler’s prior experience also includes medical malpractice, criminal defense, domestic relations, insurance defense, and personal injury litigation. Mr. Traxler is admitted to practice in all courts in the state of Mississippi.
