A native of New Orleans, Jana Lindner McCaffery received her Bachelor of Arts from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. Thereafter, she earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola University School of Law in 1999. While in law school, Ms. Lindner McCaffery served as a student advocate for the Loyola Honor Board, was an active member of the Association of Women Law Students and was Vice-President of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America Loyola University Board of Advocates.

Ms. Lindner McCaffery’s legal experience prior to joining Morris Bart, LLC includes a background in family law, civil contracts, successions, class action lawsuits and three years as an Assistant District Attorney for the Parish of Orleans. Ms. Lindner McCaffery is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and is admitted to practice law in the State of Louisiana.
