Ms. Abby Roberts joined Morris Bart, LLC, as an associate in October 2009. She graduated from Loyola University New Orleans in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a minor in Philosophy. She received her Juris Doctor from Loyola College of Law in 2009 with a concentration in the Civil Law program. While in law school, Ms. Roberts was an active member of the Trial Advocacy Program, where she competed in the Texas Young Lawyers’ Association Trial Competition. She was also active in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program, the Tax Law Society, and was a student member of the Saint Thomas More Inn of Court.

Prior to joining Morris Bart, LLC, Ms. Roberts clerked with other law firms in the areas of insurance law, tax law and medical malpractice. She also clerked for Judge Fredericka Homberg Wicker on the Louisiana Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is licensed to practice law in all Louisiana state courts.
